Perceptual Development (Grades 1-4)

Many children struggle with confusing letters like "b" and "d," "p" and "q," or mixing up numbers such as 3 and 8. They may also have difficulty with reading, writing, or neat handwriting, indicating underdeveloped perceptual skills.

At my centre, we focus on exercises for foreground/background differentiation, midline crossing, and engaging educational products. We keep group sizes small to provide individual attention and use various tools and materials to support learning.

Homework Help, Test, And Exam Preparation

From grade 4, students need guidance as they adjust to new academic challenges. I help with homework to ensure it is completed correctly and understood. I also coordinate with teachers to catch up on missed assignments and offer extra support when necessary.

Before exams, we review key concepts and I teach effective study strategies and how to approach exam questions.

Remedial Education

Reading and writing can be challenging for many children due to underdeveloped foundational skills essential for listening, concentration, and learning.

Literacy skills like comprehension and spelling depend on these basics. We provide individual evaluations and focus on strengthening these through targeted play, reading, and exercises in small group or individual sessions.

Study Methods Program

From grade 4 up to matric, students need guidance to adapt to academic challenges. I help them complete homework accurately and coordinate with teachers to address missed assignments. Before exams, we review key concepts, and I teach effective study strategies.
