Welcome to Tanya Gagiano (Growing Forward). By using our website and services or engaging in any coaching sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Coaching Services

• Our coaching services are designed to provide support, guidance, and strategies for personal, professional, and emotional growth.
• Multi-level Neuron Processing therapy (MLNP™) is a non-threatening method for processing issues on a physiological level, which brings about change on an emotional level. MLNP™ is a very practical process whereby the therapist facilitates massive changes, results, and transformation in his or her client.
• This coaching practice does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching results depend on the client’s commitment, openness, and willingness to implement strategies discussed during sessions.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for attending scheduled coaching sessions on time.
• Active participation and honest communication are expected to achieve the desired results.
• Clients acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and depend on their actions and efforts.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment for coaching services must be made in advance or as per the agreed payment plan.
• Accepted payment methods include [bank transfers].
• Missed sessions without prior notice may be charged in full.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least [24/48] hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Sessions cancelled with insufficient notice may be charged at the full session rate.
• In the event of an emergency, reasonable accommodations will be made.

5. Confidentiality

• All information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
• We will not share personal client information without prior consent.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content provided during sessions or on our website, including but not limited to materials, resources, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Tanya Gagiano (Growing Forward)
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our coaching services.
• Clients accept full responsibility for decisions made and actions taken due to coaching sessions.

8. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
